Rules and Regulations for the County teams of four

  1. A multiple teams of 4 event open to all Surrey members
  2. This event will be over two sessions with IMP's scoring converted to VP.'s
  3. Systems and conventions permitted by Level 4 licence as set out in the current EBU Conventions handbook may be played.
  4. Surrey smoking restrictions apply. Smoking at the tables is not permitted. There will be at least one short interval
